He's gone but his parliament backers are not, his policies live on.
Just as Abbott's Budget lived on in his agenda. Fraser and Howard still got some traction in TV sound-bites.

Dear Toni,

He's not just an ordinary member of the public.
He's a former leader of our nation and his
remarks would carry more weight.

Dear Belly,

If he behaves in the same way as Mr Abbott did,
then he has no right to criticise Mr Abbott's
behaviour. Quid pro quo. And I thought he was better
than that. That he had more class. Besides if you
were a member of a certain political party for so
many years - why would you contribute now to causing
more problems for it? It's Latham like behaviour isn't
it? Distinctly uncool.

Foxy Foxy, Turnbull designed the track you believe Abbott followed, but no matter, Abbott has never been capable of the sort of bastardy that is Turnbulls only way.

In perfect timing it was announced today, we have launched our first commercial space rocket. So we now have the perfect answer for the most disgusting bit of garbage ever to sit in an Australian parliament.

As he so much likes grandiose gestures, let's sit him on one of these rockets, & shoot him off to be our ambassador to the man in the moon, it should almost satisfy his ego.

Of course he will have to accept, what his wasting so much of our money on the NBN, useless Subs, half a billion on coral research by his mates, & billions on his pet global warming stupidity, we will not be able to afford an embassy, & he'll have to make his own arrangements about life support. Of course, with his proven ability to look after himself first at all times, this should not be a problem for him.

What a wonderful picture the news clip of him disappearing into space would be.

Hasbeen,

We don't have to send anyone anywhere because
at the rate they're going right now - there's no
need to send anyone into outer space - they'll
be out in the wilderness very shortly due to their
persistent mistakes. Think of the savings - we won't
have to build a rocket.

Ah yes Foxy, the thought of Turnbull trying to survive from his own efforts in the wilderness does have much appeal I admit.

However nothing like the appeal of him disappearing off the planet with a sharp rocket up his you know what.

There were already moves underway to remove preselection from Abbott from other Liberals long before this current campaign.

For those with short memories there were even 28 votes for "an empty chair" and two absentions when a preselection vote for his seat was taken back in September so it's ridiculous to pin this all on Turnbull alone.

Turnbull probably doesn't care about his membership - why should he under the circumstances?

Of more interest is when the Party will repay the $million plus loan he made to them before the last Federal Election?
