iIt's not the money thats important, its what it buys.
The territorial resources we require to survive, Food, shelter, water, medicine, clothes to keep warm, heaters and cooling devices. dentists. lighting and cooking.

If we have all these things we can survive at a pleasant, prosperous level.

We work for the society and the society rewards us with money to access territorial
abundance. Thats why those on the streets without money, are not surviving at as high a level as those with money, because without money they cant access the territorial resources of the land they need to survive at a level of abundance.

Incidently, thats why they fight wars. Over control of the land and resources.
That which they covet and indeed must have, for survival and prosperity, instead of non survival, death and extinction.

Sounds like Communism to me. No money, everyone according to their needs, and not their wants.

A bit like village life among my friends in Fiji. Where those who work and have a small cash income provide staples, rice, dried peas etc, for those that do not undertake paid work. Those that are not in paid employment contribute through work in the vegetable gardens, animal husbandry, roadside stalls, or child minding, housekeeping, cooking, washing etc. If you don't require much more than electricity and a mobile phone its a pretty good life.

I don't think communism is a money free system. And unfortunately the times I'm aware of communism being practiced it had a very harsh turn of corruption and/or dictator like states.
