The Indonesian and Chinese newspapers have reported Marshal Djoko Suyanto's warnings about Arch. Bishop Desmond Tutu; the Marshal seems concerned that anyone ask the United Nations to resume its decolonization obligations in relation to West Papua.

As Indonesia spent seven years Jan/1962 to Aug/1969 saying it wanted West Papua to have an act of self-determination (except for 1966 when it announced West New Guinea would not be allowed such a choice), surely the Marshal should welcome the UN ending what appears to have been an unofficial 44 year moratorium on this decolonization process.

If only the public had easy access to what the UN actually said in GA Resolution 2504 in 1969 this matter could have been peacefully resolved decades ago.
