Have Labor actually said they support it? Last I heard they'd reserved judgement until they had more information.

Anyway, unlike China we have the Greens, who oppose it.

Surprisingly, the Coalition partyroom, with the exception of Tony Abbott, did not oppose it -- perhaps they had not awakened from their post-prandial nap.
