I don't know much about those organisations, but I'm not going to judge them based on what hooligans do.

As for terrorism, technically union protests fit the definition too, according to legislation. Which is why statutes have provisions to specifically exclude behaviour that we wouldn't normally consider actual terrorism. And yes, even violent protests.
