The Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has far more intellect, courage, integrity and humanity than any one of the world leaders opposed to him - Barack Obama, John Kerry, David Cameron, Francois Hollande, Angela Merkel, Malcolm Turnbull, Bill Shorten, Julie Bishop, ... . This has been shown where he has been interviewed at length on a number of occasions in recent years by critical, and even hostile, newsmedia. An example is the 52 minute interview by CBS's 60 Minutes on http://www.globalresearch.ca/president-al-assads-interview-with-cbs-news (10/9/13 - includes transcript, embedded video no longer available). If Turnbull, Bishop or Shorten ever had to face such scrutiny before such a large audience, they would all be seen for what they really are and never be voted back into office again.

He was voted President by an overwhelming majority of Syrians on 4 June 2014. That election was observed by monitors from all over the world. On 19 June 2014, five of those observers gave their testimony before a press conference at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. See http://www.globalresearch.ca/syrias-press-conference-the-united-nations-doesnt-want-you-to-see (includes embedded video). Any one of the mainstream media journalists, who claim that Bashar al-Assad is a hated tyrant, could have attended and tell the world why those observers were wrong, but, curiously, not one was present, or, if they were, they were very quiet.

I said from the beginning that the West needed to realise that
Putin was reading the situation in Syria much more accurately
Than the Western media.

Why wouldn't he,he lives in the area, knows the long term history and tribal allegiances
Better then the West.

America got it wrong in the 1970s, when they sided with the militants in
Afghanistan with whom Osama Bin Laden was fighting at the time.

If they'd sided with the European Russians, there may have been
No Twin Towers, or Al Quaeda or Taliban.

The West needs to look at which side is more likely to support Europeans
In an all out world war.

It won't be militant types in Afganistan, it is more likely to be the European Russians.

Understand that bloodline are the ones that will truly have your back in an attempted
Move to wipe out European and Western people on a global scale.

Russia must fight with Europe in an all out world war, because Russia's survival
Also depends on defeating Arab terrorists. Chechnya already having posed
a threat on Russian home soil. Now the more European tribe around Assad is also threatened by,
Militant Muslum Syrian Rebels.

The Muslims fight to protect their tribal lands and people, Europe needs to do the same.
