Well, if you included a tax paying middle income, middle-aged, Caucasian family man then he would definitely be forbidden.

The reason why is because the publican would have never have heard of one of these before and so would be very, very wary of him. After all, since his type are never mentioned in the media how would the publican have any idea what he would want, do or stand-for.
