<<If you were a people smuggler, what would you do now?>>

With a view to future growth I'd run an ad. like this:

In sincere appreciation for all the assistance given in helping us to grow our business, People Smugglers International NL (A no-liability company registered in Australia, Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia, Pakistan and Iran) offers *FREE* RETURN FLIGHTS TO KUALA LUMPUR OR JAKARTA to all our supporters and friends.

This package includes six days seven nights free accommodation and meals at Abdullah's the retired smugglers chain of hotels in either city (all food halal).Plus duty free shopping at captains Emad's string of jewelry stores.

To avail of this offer simply present your Green Party membership card at People Smugglers International metropolitan offices throughout Australian (usually located right next door to the Centrelink)

[My first thought was to run it in all large media providers, but on second thoughts this might prove expensive -- it might be more cost effective to narrowly target my market. Most friends and supporters of People Smugglers International would religiously watch the ABC or SBS --so we need only run the ad there (and those stations would probably run it free as a community service/announcement)]

If I were a people smuggler I would be looking for a new enterprize.

If anyone doubts the determination of the present government to deter the illegals from wanting to get to Aus, they underestimate Morrison and Abbott.

We can look forward to the number of boats arriving here dwindling to a mere trickle. The folly started by Labor will be stopped.

The implication is that there are people smugglers flaming supposedley Leftist campaigns to assist asylum seekers as though the Australian people cannot come to their own conclusions about refugees. There are also people on the Right and people who have left the Liberal Party because of their treatment of asylum seekers. This is not about ideology.

If I were a smuggler I would move to the next obvious business development
and form an alliance with other smugglers and buy one of thousands of
ships around 5000 to 10000 tons, load it up with 1000 to 2000 illegals
and sail it up Sydney Harbour and dock at Circular Quay.

Isn't that a logical business development ?

Individual, I would be looking hard to see if I could find something
with which to charge the bleeding hearts.
Something like enticement to commit a crime.

One guy involved and imprisoned for the people smuggling trade told me how delighted the trade wqw when Rudd was first elected. I suspect the best thing to do if still involved is to get people to vote Labour/Green to open up the welcome mat again. Sad but true. They are content for people to be drowned as long as they can pretend to be the compassionate ones.

Saw the thread after my brief holiday.
Hard one.
See from my point of view not putting myself in the boat, I think smugglers are filth.
Every boat arriving has seen real danger of death on the sea, for his customers/victims.
And we like it or not are victims too, this issue costs us all wasted tax payer funds.
And the bruising to our social fabric that see,s minority groups talking on phones advising how to get around our laws even months befor they set sail.

IF I was? well continue to bribe police and army politicians and any one to, continue making a fortune at every one else expense.
