We all know SOME traffic Cops are lets say unfreindly.
I have no idea how we tell them apart from great ones.
After speaking to them we can separate them.
Do we wait until after a fatal traffic accident to tell who should not use a hand help phone while driving?

I rather think if some one you loved died because Police stopped enforcing this law you would see my point.

I am confident Rechtub is unaware of the things other than taking or sending calls are done with mobile phones.
Hand held that is, last night another concern was aired.
It reminded me of just how bad this practice is.
It involves people walking across a road in front of cars bus and trucks while texting.
Eyes only for the phone not the traffic.
Now doing the same while driving at 100 klm?
