danny..You could well prefer to live
under the penal system of the USA, but most people would not.

http://www.reuters.com/article/2008/03/21/us-usa-prison-children-idUSN1045443520080321 (

Reuters) - Underage criminals cannot face the death penalty in the United States but dozens of offenders imprisoned for crimes committed when they were young teenagers will still die behind bars.

The U.S. Supreme Court abolished the death penalty for minors in 2005 but 19 states permit "life-means-life" sentences for those under 18, according to a study by the Equal Justice Initiative (EJI).

In all, 2,225 people are sentenced to die in U.S. prisons for crimes they committed as minors and 73 of them were aged 13 and 14 at the time of the crime, according to the group, which is based in Montgomery, Alabama.

Elsewhere in the world, life sentences with no chance of parole are rare for underage offenders. Human Rights Watch estimates that only 12 people outside the United States face such sentences.

one (what) under (what) god,

There are thousands trying to enter the US for a better life. There are not thousands trying to enter the Middle. East for a better life. The traffic between these two areas is definitely one way.

They are leaving for economic reasons ... Possibly due to politics ...

Aussies also go abroad for economic benefit ...

They are not going to the Middle East for an improved life style ...

I suggest you look at information about the penal system and gaol conditions in Iran. As there are many more category of "crimes" listed in their penal code than in the west, the entire life style of Iranians is effected, not just the traditional criminal class.

This is the subject being discussed. Not economic migrants.

Child sacrifice was practised in ancient times as offering to the Ammonite god Molech a worship of natural fertility which was forbidden by the laws of Israel. See Leviticus 18: 21; 20: 1 - 5; 1Kings 11: 7; 2 Kings 17 17; 21: 6; 27: 10; Jeremiah 32: 35; Ezekiel 16: 21.
