If we had been told about Obama's crimes, there could not be a conspiracy to cover them up. By definition, therefore, the fact that we don't know about them is proof positive of a cover-up, and therefore a conspiracy.

So according to SOL and Pericles trashing the US Constitution with sign orders by Obama is quite ethical and reasonable? Taking away from people the right of a trial by peers and the presumption of innocence strikes at the very heart of all human rights.

Maybe not but if it's legal then he's committed no crime. Since the only people I can hear making a noise about this either belong to the Tea Party or are just mad as a hatter I'd say it's likely that everything he's done in office as been quite legal even if it wasn't popular decision with some voters and an Australian lunatic.

Why get so worked up about it Arjay? Australia isn't governed by the U.S. constitution. The U.S. are. Do you fret this much about the internal politics of Canada or China or is it just the U.S.?
