Since Labour has slashed Defence spending, it is now at it's lowest level since 1938.

Seems Labour doesn't think it very important that we need the means to defend ourselves.

Possibly this is a result of their peaceful attitude in allowing foreign interests to gradually buy out Australia, rather than take it from us forcefully.

Why spend billions on defense when this Government lets in approx 2,600 people per month now 95% on the boats are 20 to late 45 yo men who do not want to assimilate into our culture but will expect us to accept there laws etc.

The Government is happy to spend $6.6 Billion on the welfare of the welfare for lifers in the period 2012/13. That figure is dependent on the number arriving not dramatically increasing (wishful thinking).

Just ask Mr Carr, he will tell you we just can't spend money we dont have.

Unfortunately, this message has not found it's mark within the ranks of the labor party.

But the bottom line is you can only spend money once and as the illegals debacle that labor have created, has no end in sight, I am afraid we are just witnessing the beginning.

In fact, I am tipping labor will plumit in the poles in the early part of 2013, which may well bring about a change of leader, or better still an early election.

They should never be forgiven for miss leading their followers over the economy, even if they are easily miss led.

Well, I'd say WPH&S will be happy after all being in the forces can prove dangerous. On the hand as Worldwatcher says why bother having a force when this government allows us to be invaded by boat people whilst genuine migration applicants get rejected after having paid serious Dollars to the Immigration Department.

individual - That is the ONE fact no one seems to care about when in contrast ALL other conflict zones the refugees are women and children or whole families ex Africa and Syria the same was with Kosovo etc.
Why can't the Government and DO GOODERS see something is wrong.
