Michael Smith has lodged a formal crime complaint against Julia Gillard
for the offence of signing as a witness a Power of Attorney document
used in the transfer of ownership of a property when she was not there
to witness the other parties signing.

I gather that this is an offence under the Oaths Act.
The complaint was lodged with the Commissioner of Police in Victoria today.
