Not really true, Radio Inspectors have immediate right of entry if
they trace interference to premises. They can also demand to see your
logbook, check your transmitter for compliance and if deemed necessary
seize the equipment concerned.

They normally do these things very well however, but the power is there.
They do not need a warrant.

I suspect it like the police, if they believe that a crime is being
committed they can enter.
Water board and electricity inspectors might have similar powers.

The reality is that intelligence agencies via Howard's Sedition Laws can read every email or listen to every phone call we make.

1984 is here and the masses have not a clue.

BrettH it did not get there and that is sad.
A good subject but maybe over our head?
We, me too,are bogged down in the hung Parliament Blues.
Taking sides and hurling brick bats.
Some times at our own feet.
But just last night I found ample evidence if we are not prepared to talk about it now we will be .
International break ins by nations in to other country,s web sites and much more.
Hope to see more from you, and that just maybe we can,in time talk about issues like this, it will impact on us all.
