the scales of just us
means some go through life with scales on their eyes as a son of a mason..i watched double standards first hand [his mates actually said after they booked me for a matchbox of cannabis..'oh if we knew you were a's son...']guess the rest next i got a mason lawyer who said plead gulty..and you only get a fine then i got a non mason judge..he said go to jail for 3 months not bad for a first offence [i even paid the 150 fine for a bong they 'got' without a warrent..[i learned much about law] and police selling drugs is how the game goes [think if you like free hookers..you go into vice if you love free drugs you go into drug squad if your a sadist you go special ops guess where the kiddy lovers CHOSE to go? justice continues its blind cascade police search without warrents or arrest and lock me away for 8 hours a lawyer says take the jail time now and the rest will be called 'served' then reality..serve out the next sentance..on top Posted by one under god, Sunday, 14 August 2011 3:09:44 PM

you learn plenty in 60 years
like...justice choses to be blind by law a plant in the ground..belongs to the ground legally its called a fixture.. [as opposed to a tradeable commodity called a fungable]... yet the thieves rip the plant from the ground [creating a fungable].. and an ignorant law says the fixture..to be fungable] then we get a dude..[or sheila]..done a 5 day course to call a plant a drug.. and because he/she certified a plant..to BE a drug its a drug... [noting in qld alone..in 1999 37,545 kids became criminal by justice such as this] one percent each year criminalised for life by the lie of a plant..DEEMED to be a drug tom burns PROMISED voting for labratters party would get rid of this bad law..[CAUSE he said its labratters policy] then along came wayne gloss or some other dropin...when tom and the lab partly were sure to win..via some backdoor backroom deal that allowed lawyers to collect 'legal aid'..for gulty pleas [i ran the numbers 10 guilty pleas a day..gets them 3000 a day] then in time get enough guilty pleas and they make you the judge Posted by one under god, Sunday, 14 August 2011 3:10:19 PM

then along came wayne gloss.
OUG, for what it's worth, Wayne Goss was to Qld what Gough Whitlam was to the country and it's not complimentary at all. Under their leadership the wheels started to wobble & Anna Bligh & Julia Gillard have removed the wheel nuts. Posted by individual, Sunday, 14 August 2011 3:30:06 PM

OUG it was just a thought not an inference about Masons.
In my last two jobs over just over 30 years I attended meeting in their HQ it survives on being a conference center. Those meetings took place in every room, the walls covered with paintings and photos of every level of the judiciary and police. In fact the NSW RTA seemed have quite a few members, it was the meetings and far better places existed to hold them. White collar criminals seem to take massive amounts of money but spend less, or no ,time in prison, while Young folk get 2 years for passing wind. I saw government bosses let resign and not be charged but worker sacked for stealing 20 liters of fuel. Is there, as I believe, one law for the rich another for normal folk? I am quite sure, the very little I know about Masons some are very good people OUG.
It was not my intention to other than report small town views about perceived favoritism from and to Masons. I do not know what you do, in fact know nothing about them. I do however think white collar crime is not punished as harshly as other. I think police in trouble get much better treatment than those they caught in their working life. And never understood the big sum defrauders who get the inside running because of? education/background maybe? It would be wrong for me to comment on what you say here in too much depth. We both know it is illegal, but your story a match box and one plant? Would not get you a smack today. Once, but trust me a very long time ago, I like great numbers smoked wacky backy. Not sorry or proud but life is my high and a Rum or two. By the way, nice bloke had much more than a match box on him always. Sold it to me and others, until he was arrested by his workmates, he was a police officer. Posted by Belly, Monday, 15 August 2011 5:03:05 PM

While I am aware of the impacts of not rewarding informers I wounder who is served by these actions. I would like to put this to readers, we constantly kick our politicians. But this is sections at the very top of those we trust to defend us. A good and honest cop is worth far more than we could ever afford to pay them. Increasingly it is hard to tell one from the other. never the less QUOTE..'"While I am aware of the impacts of not rewarding informers"" others might not be as aware do you mean..how some get off by dobbing in others? ""I wounder who is served by these actions."" in the main the dpp who get a witness..[even if he/she is lying] and blamming others..for things they actually did one knows nothing..thus cant plea bargin the other knows it all..and his lawyer negotiates [ps negotiation is a vital step in the system of justice [but i have never been negotiated with..that alone would invalidate the law]..guess thats why they didnt [as was written in issiah 'set the prisoners free'' the only words jesus actually read direct from the scroll in a temple.. drugs are a law of civil juristiction not criminal..the only true law is the law..that compensates victimhood statute law only applies to those seeking advantage/powers..['under the act'] but by the clever phrase..of 'person' ie a fiction created by an act fools ignorantly claim their 'personhood' little knowing thats a coorperate fiction [no persons live] YOU are NOT 'a person' you have created person's [each time we applied for 'benifits'/under the act] you ARE the trustee OVER your persons ie your driver licence [person] your marrage act person[husband/wife] your birth person[shattle 'berthed'..[landed ie emerged out of wthe waters..like all importaed shattles are] even imagrants are 'person' you as living spirit..hold a sacred DUTY over your 'persons' further should be mentioned re 'not taking oath' matthew 23;16-25..[noting specificly james 5;8-20 Posted by one under god, Tuesday, 16 August 2011 9:39:01 AM

noting that an oath..CREATED your persons
[ie you app-LIED..for a licence] YOU swore the info true and correct[in writting[ie an oath] law is based on bennifit presuming we wont apply for a lower[under *standing] than we are entitled to thus if you think being a person under the act means your under the act..why does your licence get suspended? we ARNT persons never should have lied..[applied..ie begged] thats what applied means but the true law isnt taught it is tort[civil statute]..only applying over corperate fictions criminal law is the only true law to compensate a victim the dead cant be hurt thus cant be victim[cant claim victim higherr *standing yet the first question judges ask you do you UNDER *stand no your honour there is no victim and i cant swear anything true or faulse ""we constantly kick our politicians. But this is sections at the very top of those we trust to defend us."" too true mr bell as most are or were layers THE SHOULD KNOW BETTER..! when we 'vote'..we are creating a situation of trust we are appointing 'a trustee'..to handle govt matters 'on our behalf' thus by voting underr the act we stand 'under'..the act[which being dead] implies we are mind dead [and need to elect an elect.. to care for us legal imbisiles] Posted by one under god, Tuesday, 16 August 2011 9:48:33 AM

BUT THEY HAVE A LAWFULL 'duty of care"
the same applies in court when we are so incompitant[the legal term is imbisile] so as to require a trustee to speak for us] just as a dead corperation[a person]..needs a living being..to 'speak'..on 'its' behalf its simple to grasp once you realise only imbisiles claim to be a person [note a dead 'person]..is written in capital letters because now its dead living beings write in red[blood red] royals write in purple ink corperation in black ink[to signify they arnt living] and sick people are recorded in blue ink ""A good and honest cop is worth far more than we could ever afford to pay them."" yes thats why we got ignorants enforcing 'policy'..instead of law by threat of force but the court should know better but even there its run by people with no clue of true law [thats why hell is full of lawyers/judges] recall jesus said about judging 'others' them wearing wigs and dresses should have been a clue ""Increasingly it is hard to tell one from the other."" not really it simply needs be taught in school failing to do so is willfull negligence Posted by one under god, Tuesday, 16 August 2011 9:49:20 AM

This too fits my claims. They are that power/ Privilege/cronyism/ and the ability to reward for service, can buy the law. Not yet over but from the very heart of this groups Australian flagship it, at least, highlights a difference in attitude of those who fit one of the descriptions. This link too expresses my views about the law power and privilege. It printed at the same time as the link to the Australian, informs us that first link, is heavily edited. Much was not printed, while thread did not get an audience it in my view warns us all, be aware. Media is little more than some ones self interest printed as news. I am more than interested what the future will bring after this emerging scandal changes media forever, it will do that! Posted by Belly, Wednesday, 17 August 2011 10:45:51 AM

Just mention the sexual differences in sentencing, particularly when the children's welfare card is played, I'm sure Anti will join in...
As to when will it stop? Who knows? The "church" sold indulgences, the ancient temples accepted nice big fat offerings from wrongdoers, kings pardoned culpable robber-barons who nonetheless served the interests of the king. will it stop? not for thousands of years, at least. I think RC I killed the thread with an off the cuff remark about the Masons.
That even if they are slowly dieing is unwise in a forum that has middle to high income earners for the most part. But adds a log to my fire. We toss and turn on lies politicians use like toilet paper, everyday, But seem unconcerned at the fact, justice truly is blind. Not in the way it claims, but blind to the crimes of some. 5 months in prison! for a mum sleeping ,for taking stolen goods, fixed now. But after a week in prison and some do not get that much time for fraud involving thousands? Posted by Belly, Sunday, 21 August 2011 6:45:24 AM

There's no "justice" in Australia, just the Law. Anybody who gets the two confused is in for a nasty shock if they come up against the latter and they're not in the predetermined classes of "acceptable victims", one of which is based on gender, as Rusty pointed out.
The fact is that the Law in the form of statutes creates, willy-nilly, winners and losers. The Common Law is the closest approach there has been to achieving a system of laws in which the values of the community with respect to justice and fairness have primacy. Governments don't much like the Common Law - there's too much chance that the community's values might not match the Government's preferred outcomes, so they create Stautes to override the Common Law principles that have evolved over centuries. As for the protection of senior figures from prosecution, that occurs outside the Law and is the province of corrupt officials. Sadly, the rise of Social Constructionalism as a sociological concept driving politics has meant that there is an ever-greater disjoint between what the community might regard as acceptable and what politicians do. After all, if it's all just "constructed" anyway, there's no reason that my "construction" is any worse than yours. I don't think the Masons have much to do with it though. I was invited to join a few years ago, as the school I attended has one of the most active Lodges in Qld associated with it. They rarely manage to get more than a handful of new recruits out of any given year group though. I wasn't one of them. Given the number of empty Masonic Lodges around the country I'd reckon the group is well past its use-by date. Posted by Antiseptic, Sunday, 21 August 2011 7:25:17 AM

i dont agree that the thread is dead
and agree with rusty but must disagree with anti [in this case] the lodges 'look' empty..but thats not to say they wernt used or still are not being used[but only that it did what it had to do] and now they dont need a whole lodge now they meet..'in private' its not that justrice is blind but that its a selective blindness [take that key 'member'..who calls prostitutes..on his union credit card..you dont get to do that..unless you know the fix is in] and it is to get [party nomination..you need the numbers and guess what ..to 'get' the numbers you need mates you need people to put their trust in you..just as you need to trust others and what better than an apex..or a rotery..or masonic order its funny..how the masons have a creed [in gold we trust]..so if you look at a dollar bill that says in god we trust...guess whos god is gold the masons rule the material realm and while the masonic order was the means it has since gone underground..but the same fools still rule the roost in here..[satans realm] and the lower levels of the next realm as well and perhaps the few chosen rule the higher levels as well.. cause mason dont mean vile..it just means one who seeks an order cause many are mindless..and prefer organised disorder..to no order Posted by one under god, Sunday, 21 August 2011 8:15:55 AM

Both comments have points of interest.
Now surfing my water, daily papers I go back to the best days of my life fishing on the NSW north coast. Their local paper is a favorite and they, Masons want to sell their lodge council wants to keep it, empty. Anti you know I do too, dads get shafted by our family law courts every time. I am a supporter of such groups, dads that is, I have seen a mum, not rare, with the sex life of three women of ill repute, get her kids . And stop dad seeing them, ever. He won case after case against her, won custody of the kids, she defied the court. Under threat of prison she took those kids 4 and 6 and bolted. She was never found by police, I found her, 18 years and ten blokes after. Had it been the dad? Headlines would scream for months. Those young men, know mum is a bit too free with her favors. But thought and still do, their dad is dead. Posted by Belly, Sunday, 21 August 2011 12:27:55 PM

This story truly stunned me. I know nothing about it. And I make no claims as to guilt or lack of it. But in a weird deja vue? way I lived in it. Almost word for word, except the death. And in NSW Country not Victoria, we talk of it still. The drinking the favored panel beater who is as described the card games in his shed, free booze. 20 years have past and other towns far away lived it too? I have always been concerned about story's like the one this link leads to.
And thought/knew it is one of thousands of cases such as this.
It seems that high income earners police politicians get far more rope than ordinary folk.
And that time served in prison for such,if any is minor in comparison with others.
Once, unpalatable as it will be for some, every country town was convinced being a Mason made the difference.
I do not think they have the numbers now, to hold such power
Other than cash and status what gives the inside running before the courts to such, why is it taking so long to charge.
NSW has just found its once Senior investigative police officer guilty of trying to import many millions of dollars worth of drugs,
