There is a huge difference between letting people get away with just about everything & freedom as there is a huge difference between much promoted alas, un-practiced transparency & expose fruitful knowledge rather than consumer based nonsense.

I'm intrigued. Does China have time-travelling spies, and not want any amateur detectives finding out?
