It is what one expects from the Chinese Government.

The censorship by the US in dictating students and public servants were not allowed to access Wikileaks lest their careers and future opportunities be jeoparised.

This from a country which espouses freedom and democratic principles. The illusion of transparency is very different and discernible from the real thing.

There is a huge difference between letting people get away with just about everything & freedom as there is a huge difference between much promoted alas, un-practiced transparency & expose fruitful knowledge rather than consumer based nonsense.
