Furthermore because of the level of these crimes including piracy, illegal approach and assault via misuse of safety equipment and projectiles of an international commercial vessel and crewmembers, it would be in good interest that these vessels be ceased and donated/auctioned to Navy or another organization not attached of registered country and/or internationally limited to whale sanctuaries only, with master [captain] licenses revoked for piracy on the high seas through foul play.

The additional information attached should assist in bringing Sea Shepherd organization to justice and closer attention made to Antarctic waters [neutral zone] and Anti Pollution Act breaches in relation to ‘UN Treaty’.

International Cetacean Research [ICR] are following the ‘agreement guidelines’ to International Whaling Commission [IWC] and through these acts of a militant group have caused injury and contributed to one death of a seamen on the Nisshin Maru.

Due to what has happened through the intervention of Sea Shepherd’s vessels causing harm to others and loss of research including costs rendered, ICR should be compensated for up to half a season of data/financial loss endured, vessel damage including equipment aka extinguishers inclusive.

In addition Paul Watson and S.S. have been purely provoking, attacking and bullying Japan as a ‘Nation’ direct over catches and counts of whales, sharks etc. relating to Japanese national and international fishing, using propaganda via the ways of Photos, U Tube clips, Articles and Facebook etc.; Media bashing and discrediting this country continuously without comment on other Nations.

It wouldn't bother me in the slightest if Japanese - or any other - whaling boats were sunk in the Antarctic waters.

Does the Sea Shepherd target only Japanese boats and leave other nations boats alone to do the same things in the same waters?

The SS is not "targeting" Japan, the are targeting illegal whaling. The whaling ships could be Martian, Polish, Tongan for all the SS would care. It is not about race for the SS but about illegal whalings. These ships are hunting a threatened species in an Australian Whale Sanctuary.

Whether or not one approves of the actions of the SS, you have completely ignored the illegal whaling aspect.

It is popular sport to "hate greenies" but frankly without them there would be no-one looking out for preservation of environments. Our governments are certainly weak at the knees in this area and thus far any little successes greenies have achieved pale by comparison to the disproportionate influence of mining, forestry and industry.

Paul Watson may be perceived as extreme (even Greenpeace found him a bit OTT in the early days) but no more than a country who flagrantly breaches the law pleading scientific research in a "we know you know we know but don't give a toss" type of scenario.

Who are the real extremists? And the answer will depend on whether a) you think threatened whale species should be protected and b) whether you believe they are threatened and c) if they are threatened does it really matter?

Yes STG they only focus on Japan not Norway or ice land nor any other nation..

Their main campaign has been solely on Japan whaling and shark hunting...

They even like to pointed out on face book and other blogs with pictures that a dozen sharks is like the end of the world making out the fisheries industry are catching more then is needed for their 126 million population..
