I would simply say to you to try to upload a video and you will understand how the system works, meaning that as soon as you try to upload "porn" to UTube they zap or restrict it, and they actually WATCH the video so you can call it Sound of Music if you want.

But there are TWO nasties here:

1 what IS porn and we see here I uploaded what in a "proper" country would be considered porn ie Ennis pulling down Jack's strides, spitting on hands, rubbing on dick and shafting Jack with Jack moaning in pain/extasy. But in American Beauty as we know THIS is not porn but is the behaviour the american govt [for obvious reasons] want to export [to oil producing countries].

2 The REASON the tit one was banned is given as a "copyright" excuse but as you see the non tit video was from the same movie of Brokeback Mountain, per:

"Your video, xxxx, may have content that is owned or licensed by NBC Universal.
No action is required on your part; however, if you're interested in learning how this affects your video, please visit xxxx for more information." [and when you go there it says not avail in America the Beautiful]
