Remember the popular movie Shrek, and the song I'm A Believer. I am a believer in the paramount power of Almighty God. I was once in a Court, with an arrogant Judge, who ruled against me, when I argued that the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights was a manifestation of the principles of the New Testament and validly enacted law. As he ruled against me, I felt an electric shock pass through my body, like I was in the presence of an absolutely evil force. He died unexpectedly in Paris shortly after.

We all face the potential of being destroyed by an arrogant Judge. Judges were rampant in the Old Testament, and when Judges ruled, the Old Testament Book of Ruth, testifies that famine was widespread. Famine is rampant for thousands of Australians today. It is only present because Judges rule. The Parliament of New South Wales by legislating to acquire land on unjust terms, has to have dishonest Judges, to carry out its legislative orders. It has been doing this for years. It even has a law making it compulsory, for a person to be a member of the exclusive lawyers club, in order to become a Judge.

Neither the State Liberals, nor the State Labor Party are prepared to face the fact that they have done wrong by us. They did us wrong, when they enacted the Supreme Court Act 1970. Until then, we could go about our business in the reasonable expectation of a fair go. The philosophy of never give a sucker an even break, has pervaded State politics and gradually spread to every State and Territory.

I am a believer that the Commonwealth, will come to our rescue, and Almighty God did not make a mistake, when the Christian centre, shifted from the Liberals to Labor in the Parliament of the Commonwealth. Almighty God will move the hearts and minds of the collective soul of the Commonwealth, and we will look after our poor and homeless. I believe in the Trade Practices Act 1974 as an answer to compulsory acquisition on unjust terms

What absolute rubbish!

The councils can only acquire land required for fulfilling their function at market rates, after all normal steps have failed, and cannot acquire for resale.

After the acquistion, if the previous owner can show that the land is not being used for the correct purposes, the acquisition can be reversed.

Read the legislation before posting.

This is to stop owners hijacking road upgrades etc and getting payments of several times the value of their property purely because of the "blocking" of infrastructure upgrades.

Democritus ,this was reported on radio the following morning.Perhaps the NSW Politicians should have sent a summary of the act to the media beforehand. We shall see what the outcomes are when this Act is actually put into operation. The way many of these pieces of legislation are worded often make the meaning ambigious.

If Govt is going to determine values, will this be using the Valuer General's yardstick or an independant valuer?

One can only hope that the Federal court can throw this garbage out.

This is a resalt of brain-dead idiots and power hungry likeminded Looting morons; and it seems to me, like everything else that is happening in Australia is a direct violation of the intent of any constitution ever written here.

If anyone had never understood what was the catalyst to instigate ; “From Domesday Book to Magna Carta” 1087 – 1216 , ad then you would understand that what exists now are the powerful Parasites of mutating authoritarianism ; Ironically funded by Tax paying people.

The state (N S W) Superannuation fund is in 30 billion dollars debt, and drawn funds do not exist - ever compounding debt and out of controll –It never was funded –It is Unfunded and drawn on by Useless Idiot Public sector parasites on a Utopian Gold mine life style at your expense.
Note the word Public servant had ended about 30 years ago – self appointed Barons exist these days-

And now we have three tiers of them .
Good luck .

All are you sure of the $30 billion super liability? They virtually have nothing left to sell off.A few months ago they were hoping to get $15 billion selling off the power. They would not get half that now.If you sell off income earning assets like NSW lotteries, taxes than must be increased to make up the shortfall.

They have made us debt slaves to the foreign banks and corporations. We think that we are better off that the US/UK but it seems that the chickens here, are taking longer to come home to roost.
