Yes, the vast majority of Iraqi citizens believe that our soldiers should be killed and maimed! So what the hell are we still doing there? "

So why the hell are Australian Troops STILL there?

The Howard Government can no longer argue that our presence in Iraq is strategic to peace making and the democratisation in Iraq.

The Howard Government should not be allowed to hold to ransom the lives of our young men and women for his own political gains.

The Howard Government do not own the lives of our young women and men serving in Iraq.

They should they be left there to prop up his personal ideological commitments to the Bush administration. Bush is lame duck President running a lame duck administration.

Why are our young Australians still there? THE SHOW IS OVER.

Howard stole them to serve his own ideological fixations.

Bring them home for Christmas!

Bring them home for New Year.

Bad idea from the start!! Come on tell me you haven't seen that movie farinheit 9/11 by Micheal Moore very infallable look at America and its decisions with the iraq war! However doing further research into it it basically goes back to 1944! Everyone who has a decent brain and put together that the war was crafted by the jewish people not a racist however this is a forum with views and with us not following George W. Bush would just cause concern to the Americans we did the right thing but the war should have never happened but now we are there they should just return all with strong uplifting medals of the Australian public rejoce there return

Primarily we went to Iraq because the US has agreed to protect us if invasion threatens,since we virtually have no effective means of stopping a foreign invader.

It has always been about the oil,it is about keeping the oil producing countries divided so they cannot form an oligopoly that can hold the rest of the world to ransom by fixing oil prices.

We went into Iraq as a partener with the us against my advice and millions of other Aussies.We broke the Iraqi economy and now are responsible for fixing it,lest chaos befall Iraq and the rest of the Middle East.If this happens Rainer,it will mean China and India will invade the Middle East to secure their energy supplies.

The US has created an almighty mess.It is time for the side liner, weak,kneed snipers like Europe and the rest of the world engaged the Middle Eastern countries and stop letting the US do all their dirty work of securing cheap oil for their lascivious, introspective life styles.
