I am referring to Online Opinion (ers). Anyhow, I get so wound up when I hear of juveniles committing some bad crimes & get away with it because they're too young. Anyone, old or young KNOWS when they're doing something wrong. To claim otherwise is just plain nonsense. I don't know the term for this minimum age in crime related matter but I believe this age is 14. At 14 I began an apprenticeship & I knew the difference between right & wrong long before 14. When these little thugs today cause $1000's of damage & don't get reprimanded then we really do have a serious problem. Much, much more serious than some frivolous & silly sexist or PC remark. That's why I want to know what the Law Reform Commission is doing about this situation or what should be done..
