Dear BD,

I just bought the 'Die Hard Collection' DVDs for my step-father as a Christmas present. He loves Bruce Willis.

Pop is in a High-Care Nursing Home after having suffered a series of strokes. He's lost the power of speech (although he understands everything), and is partially paralysed down his right side. Action movies he's always liked so I'm hoping this collection will give him hours of enjoyment.

As for Eva Longoria, BD, magazines make up stuff to stir things up - whether she said it or not - I get the point that you're making ...

Dear BD,

Just a thought:

"The glib, glossy people -
fabulous faces
and beautiful bodies -
who trade their souls
for the price
of a picture on a page,
a name on a silver screen
or the dull colour
of a dollar -
but where can a body go
without a soul?
perhaps hell is full
of fabulous faces
and beautiful bodies ... "

RAche.. indeed.. so true.. I don't believe probably 90% of the twaddle they trot out in popular magz.. and that applies to the 1% of them I catch on covers mainly. But it makes interesting 'philosophizing' fodder :)

Foxy.. well pop will surely love DieHard 4.

You last post is remeniscent of Jesus words "What does it prophet a man (or a model) if he/she gains the whole world, but loses his own soul"

I tried to ring Terry Hatcher. (I just happened to have her mobile number). - Terry left the following message:

"I can't come to the phone right now because I'm busy with your
lover..."
