Your solution to "curing" the problems created by the few, is to punish the whole. I don't believe the solution lies in some imposed nation service. There is no simplistic answer to what is a complex problem. The LNP Queensland government believes the solution lies in punishment, that is trying to put the fire out when the house is well alight. Success lies in early prevention through support for children and their families who are socially disadvantaged and suffering from dis-functionality, that creates an environment where anti-social behaviour allows juvenile crime to flourish. Treat the cause and not the symptoms, that's my solution.
