YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.

Government by referendum is the only way to do it. It is the only way to prevent the widespread, entrenched corruption which has plagued democracies - especially here in the US.

I will VOTE for ANYONE who offers me more referendums.

And I will VOTE AGAINST anyone who does not.
