what about our ability to laugh? As per the old adage, "Comedy is for thinking, drama is for feeling." Self-reflectivity, or is that being TOO 'intuitive'?
And what gives you - and me - the right to decide what is human and what is not? Didn't Hitler go down that path? Study the photographs of Diane Arbus and tell us if her subjects were truly human, even without laughter, self-awareness, toolmaking or communication skills? What if they were an 'unwanted' fetus? or a cranky old millionaire whose children decide that he's past the point of no return and persuade the doctors to just pull the plug? The author asks
We have to consider what is unique to humans? We were made in the image of God. Unlike all other animals we have a moral conscience and the ability to know right from wrong. Unfortunately those who believe the fantasy of evolution (as you have shown in your made up conclusions) will always go on wondering and making up fables. The nation of Israel has survived not because they are the fittest or strongest. On the contrary God has been pleased to use what is despised by much of the world to shame the so called wise. What humanity needs is repentance far more than adaption. When we start living the way we were created to live many of our woes will disappear. Things such as trust, faithfulness and love are foreign words to a sinful generation who can't even keep a wedding vow. Posted by runner, Wednesday, 29 July 2009 4:45:05 PM

The ability to know right from wrong. That dosen't hold any values when it comes to road rules. The trouble is fines are far to cheap, $ 1000 minimum. Any who causes death is murder. Repeat fine collectors off the road for life. 43 years and not one speeding fine. What do i get.
