So the greater Israel spokesman returns with another load of old cobblers and quoting the two of the chief spokesmen of the discredited Bush Administration,NeoCon-central.
All Obama has to do to make Israel take notice is cut off money and arms
I think you might be surprised how fast they will take notice.
I hope the Author enjoys the semi Fascist Govt Israel just voted in we might get history repeating it self, with a very ironic role reversal

Given that Israel was formed by a decision by the international community, the international community should make the same decision about a Palestinian state, and override Israel's bloody minded opposition by whatever means necessary.

Greater Israel? The West Bank is about 1/12th the size of Tasmania. Israel has offered to cede any claims to over 90% of it but the Arabs want it all. Until that mindset is changed the "two state solution" is dead in the water.

But then they always never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity. They have missed the boat once again.

I doubt that America would cut off aid to its closest and most trusted ally in the Middle East.

Voters vote in democracies and Israelis - Jews and Arabs - have had their say. The Arabs seem to have won about 11 of the 120 seats. One has to deal with the facts on the ground. It will be interesting to see what coalition Government is eventually formed.

Israel was not formed by a decision of the international community. It was formed as the result of its Declaration of Independence at midnight on 14 May 1948 when the British High Commissioner left Palestine. It was immediately recognized by America and quickly thereafter by the Soviet Union and most of the Western powers.

On 15 May 1948 five Arab armies invaded western Palestine in an effort to exterminate and massacre the Jews. Eastern Palestine - 77% of Palestine - had already been given full sovereignty by Britain in 1946 and transformed into the exclusively Arab independent State of Transjordan Seems as though things haven't changed much since then as the Hamas and PLO Charters clearly state.
