Solzhenitsyn was my hero (one of a few that includes Kropotkin and Chomsky). I read The Circle way back when, and it moved me then and still. Through his eyes/words/writing, I could appreciate the suffering and the stoic strength and will of the plighted Russians. I have quite a few of his books and plays, which I treasure.

Good article, and thanks, particularly for the man's words which will sweetly sadly resonate amidst the harshest of our realities...
