Fine sentiments. But look at who is being prosecuted - weak states whose leaders are enemies of the West.
When George W Bush is sitting alongside John W Howard and Kevin Rudd in the hague being tried for crimes against humanity, war crimes and genocide for their invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan then I'll accept the ICC is not the plaything of the rich states (irrespective of whether the US recognises its jurisdiction or not).
