Paul Lennon didn’t fit the cookie-cutter mould of the smoother-than-smooth, publicity aware, 21st century political leader.

An excellent piece. Self evidently correct in every respect. I was constrained to read it because I had no clue as to the identity, trade, calling, profession or indeed existance of Paul Lennon.

Not a chance of acceptance as a "modern" politican, with the florid face, floppy jowls and the MOUSTACHE!
