Saudi Arabia, Wahhabism and the spread of Sunni theofascism - Part 2 : Comments

By Curtin Winsor, Jr., published 17/7/2007

Without the billions of dollars in Saudi funds, the ideological, political, and psychological edifice of Wahhabi theofascism will begin to crumble.

The author has exposed some inconvenient truths about American foreign policy under the Bush administration. Essentially Bush has lost the plot, seeing Iran as the 'evil-doer', when in fact Wahhani's are masking friendly relations while spawning a corrupted fundamentalist version of Islam to the impoverished millions of youth in the world.

It's not likely we will see any change under a president who has policy advisors and staffers who, on retirement, take lucrative job offers by the Saudis. They know how to play the game supremely well.

Will the next US President in 2009, demand that Riyadh rein in Wahhabi missionaries? For Washington to apply moral pressure against other countries missionaries, they first need to rein in their own missionaries - the Mormons, The Assemblies of God and the other wierd, fantacy, money makers.

An extremely good analysis, dealing with the core of the problem.
Few people actually understand the complexity of it, I certainly
doubt if Bush and Cheney do, for they clearly don't want to
deal with it.

Perhaps its easier just to keep pushing the "Osama under the bed"
strategy, which has appeal to gullible electors in the US.
So Cheney will continue to want to bomb Iran, which will not
solve anything.

The major point which should be considered here is:

In March 2002, the official Saudi magazine Ain al-Yaqeen estimated that the Saudi royal family, in countries where Muslims were a minority, has funded 210 Islamic centres, 1,500 mosques, 202 colleges, and 2,000 madrassas

Is it true... or not?

If true, then it should put the heeby jeebies in us. This is nothing less than war without bullets ...yet.

Why waste bullets if you can do it by buying influence ?

Why would they be doing this ? Heaven forbid.. it could not POSSIBLY be that they would like to 'rule the world' ?
Tut tut... don't even suggest such a thing, after all they are so
'friendly'.

SEPTEMBER 11 , 11:00AM PARLIAMENT HOUSE.. MELBOURNE.

Rally against Sharia.

Yes , Wahabism and Sunni extremist are more dangerous than the axis of evils?
George W Bush is participating in the slaughter of Iraqi people ( Mainly Shia ), because still giving blind eyes to what Monarchy Regime doing , in Saudi Al Arabia
Certainly Iran not danger, Saudi is more dangerous, Saudi and Sunni fundamentalists are producing terrorist and send them to Iraq. Imagine 70% of terrorist in Iraq (those been captured) are from Saudi.
The last explosions masterminds in Kirkuk City (Kurdish region) which killed around 200 people 2 days ago , were from Saudi and other Sunni Arab countries..
Fortunately , many western scholars are realized and waked up in their deep sleep, that Iraq does not work, Iraq soft partition , a new approach by USA scholars, see this link

Shia and Sunni, can not live together, you can not stop the pass of terrorist to Shia and Kurdish region , unless you separate them
Humanity, globalization , internationalism , nothing work with those Sunni Arab terrorists, and I think the time come for Saudi to redraw its boundaries and the whole region. It’s not consecrated that much. The oil, not only for Arabic whabism. It’s a gift, God gave the humanity, why they using for killing Shia, Kurd, Persian and all unbelievers around the world…
Shame on Bush and Cheney , to deal with Wahabism , its oil , oil and oil. Bush can not fight with terrorism in one hand, and supporting Royal family in Saudia with other hand. Its contradiction. However Bush is a man of Oil field with his partner Cheney ……they not care about anything else….

This new article caught my eye as I'd visited Borders Bookstore today along with hundreds of excited children;

'Bomb defused outside Potter book launch site

Pakistan police said today they had defused a bomb the previous night outside a packed shopping centre where the latest Harry Potter book was scheduled to be launched.

"Police have foiled an attempt to blow up a car bomb by remote control outside the Pak Towers and defused 10 kilograms of explosives in a stolen car," said Karachi police investigation chief Manzoor Mughal.....'

I would bet my lifes savings that the individuals who planted the bomb were not disgruntled atheists, Hindus, Jews, Christians, or even Sufi Muslims.

Rather the bombers would have to be disgruntled conservative Muslims who take a literal interpretation of the Koran.

It is high time that all rational minded people declared conservative Islam, with its literalistic interpretations, to be the whore of religions ideologies. The most sick and pus ridden of all the branches of monotheism. It's deluded adherents the dogs of allah, the not great god.

I believe that academics from Western societies should be going out of their way to destroy conservative monotheism in all its forms. Especially the monotheistic sects that take the Bible or the Koran literally.

There is simply no point tinkering around the edges to keep the moderates happy. Western societies to do not have the luxury of time for such a nuanced approach.

The following lecture by Daniel Dennett at the New York Academy of Sciences is a shining example of what should be done by Western academics. It involves a blazing attack on Islam and Christianity and explains why science should be the beating heart of society. Brilliant!
