Interesting how this articulate item has drawn zip attention - as yet. A little like the Khmer nation itself, having for so long surviving tenaciously by its own efforts, and living under the radar of so many of its more developed Asian and Asia - Pacific neighbours. Cambodia in recent times seems to overall be a dead-spot of public/news attention, so the positive news of judicial growth in the country is indeed encouraging. Lets hope the media and Australian public alike can get behind this still fledgling country and maintain what momentum is being generated.
