It's interesting re-reading this article now we are mid 2005. I have looked around and see a lot more government agencies promoting Broadband. "Broadband for health" is where they are spending $35m rolling out broadband for MD's etc.. The GCCC have a Broadband Task Force and promoting the benefits of broadband.
Thing is - lots of people are still confused about what broadband internet is. So - we have set up a website to explain it in simple terms at http://www.broadbandinternet.net.au that Australians can easily understand - and will update it with more information as we find time. Would be great if you could stop by and have a look, and let us know if it helps.
