This year, our comunity is due to attempt to get some benefit from the scheme Professor Mooney has so cleverly blown about. If he or some of his more brilliant students have a serious desire to help communities, such as ours, to try testing the Government dictums of "Mutual Obligation" and "Shared responsibility" I would be happy to discuss it and if feasible, bring it to the notice of our Community Council.
