Why do we want to label or measure it?Good deeds,kindness,unpaid work to help others have always existed.There is probably less of it these days because both partners have work,don't have the time and pay a lot of tax to support an enormous and innefficient social security system.Are people suggesting "Social Capital" now be a paid activity?
