WWI lasted 4 years and WWII 6, while the Ukraine-Russia war has already run more than 4. How long will it last?

Good essay.
Not a lot will change until both trump and putin are well gone.
But who/what will replace them?
We do indeed live in interesting scary times.

Yes, a good essay, but despite all the changes Russia's most effective weapon is still the glide bomb. If Ukraine can stop them Russia will not be able to advance.

My impression is that Mr Putin doesn't think much of Mr Trump.
But he remembers that Donald controls a formidable array of personnel and advanced weapons.
I think Russia could increase the effectiveness of its attack by using its own advanced weapons.
Why doesn't it?
Did 'Dangerous Donald' have a quiet word with him?
And was Mr Putin wise enough to pay heed?
I cannot but feel that we are not privy to all that happens.
There is much left unsaid.
