Do we live in Bizarro World now? : Comments

By Gary Banks, published 20/3/2026

In the comic book Bizarro World, all the traditional virtues and verities are turned on their head: good is bad, lies are truth, and villains are heroes. Moreover, this inverted reality is accepted as the norm.

To all the many government lies - they say one thing and do the opposite - add the lie about reducing immigration.

Immigration levels have never been higher: 500,000 to January 2026. And Dim Chalmers, being truthful for once, says that the number will increase!

The Albanese government is determined to change Australia with the help of the 10% Greens; it hates the Christian, Anglo values of the founders of the country.

Unfortunately, the Coalition is at best useless on this critical matter, having been guilty of the same or similar behaviour when they were in power.

The only party with a sensible and patriotic policy on immigration is One Nation, which all members of the uniparty, Labor, Liberal and Nationals, have been sledging instead of getting their own acts together and listening to the people whom they are supposed to be representing.

Australia is a signatory to the International Energy treaty requiring a 90 day fuel reserve; but, here we are with 30 days of fuel and falling, thanks to the nincompoops in the uniparty over years of neglect. Since 2012 they have had us on the just-in-time supply system.

The ‘no policy’ One Nation Party has been talking about this for 10 years, and has been ignored by the nincompoops and the apathetic voters. Apart from being the only party with a immigration policy, ON is demanding that we have a 90 day supply here, not in tankers in the Middle East or in the U.S.

The nincompoops never say a word about the 90 day agreement. Nor do the same nincompoops seem to know that our food supplies rely on diesel, not petrol. Australia runs on diesel.

And, on the little matter of food, we have found our supply of urea, a vital ingredient of fertiliser, also at risk, thanks to the nincompoops deciding we should import it instead of producing it ourselves.

The Nationals new leader, Matt Canavan, has adopted Trump's ‘drill baby, drill’ idea, but we know that the nincompoops will not allow that when they are returned to power by voters who couldn't find their arses with both hands, and who are interested only in the nincompoops who offer the best bribes.

In March this year, ON's attempt to debate the issue, was blocked by the nincompoops who have done their best to convince us that ON is just a party of complaints.

The reinvention of the Liberal Party under different leadership has turned out to be a total flop; it's odds on that the polls showing One Nation booming will turn out to be twaddle, as polls have been in the past.

Australia is rooted
