Kudos to mhaze.
Hamas refuses.to disarm, putting them outside Trumps 20 point ceasefire agreement. Netanyahu states, there will be no Gaza reconstruction till they disarm, so a Mexican standoff! Hamas and Gaza’s will not benefit from the hard stand. Jews are gathering to resettle the Gaza Strip. This will be behind the yellow line now marking the demarcation zone, and so this is the new order on the ground. It’s back to mowing the grass for Israel, a position they are well acquainted with. President Trump complained that China was in operational control of the Panama Canal by owning the ports at each end. The Panama Supreme Court annulled Hong Kong-based CK Hutchison’s licence to operate the ports. The Port of Darwin should be retrieved the same way.
It will not be of course, and it's just another reason why Australia's ridiculous pontifications on global affairs will not be taken seriously by anyone. Last year the Albanese government promised to end China's 99 year lease. They are still stalling: deliberately, according to the Liberals, under whose watch the leases occurred. The idiotic arrangement with China did not require Canberra's permission, and ASIO at the time said that it was not a threat to security or defence. And, it now seems the Albanese government thinks the same way after letting itself be bullied by the unbelievably arrogant Chinese ambassador to Australia. Australia is not a serious country. Trump's Board Of Peace. I'm sure The Donald consults, or is that insults, for hours with the boards leadership team from Uzbekistan, Kosovo and Mongolia before he tells them all to get stuffed and dis is what ah happen'! The Mongolian leader protested profusely at the decisions, Donald's response was; "Shut up toad face!".

Now that Hamas, Hezbullah and Iran have been decisively defeated on the battle-field, its time to end the conflict for good. In by-gone days the defeated Gazans would have suffered a far worse fate than that proposed for them - think Dacia or what happened to the defeated Poles when the USSR moved in.
Its a measure of how far the world has evolved under the influence of the Anglo versions of fairness and individual rights that the Gazans are being offered a bright future rather than the traditional fate of the defeated aggressor.
Its also a measure of the far-sightedness of Trump and the MAGA movement that the path to peace runs through economic prosperity. We'll see if the Gazans are able to rise to accept the opportunities offered to them but I have my doubts. They, and their leaders, seem determined to live lives of misery on behalf of Allah and there's every chance this will be pissed up against the wall as all previous opportunities have been.
Still, its worth a try and the prospects of peace in the Levant are the brightest they've been for decades.
