Mr. Trump: Greenland is not for sale : Comments

By Alon Ben-Meir, published 20/1/2026

Trump threatens to seize Greenland from a NATO ally, shattering trust, exposing naked resource hunger, and risking the alliance that underpins Western security.

C5. His judgements on global politics concerning peace and stability, especially among Arabs, is his Achilles heel... Trump only pretends to know... dealing with underhanded contempt, and in dealing with the contemptuous, how to actually identify friend from foe.
Ans- I think that Trump has probably been playboying around the world since his youth. I don't think he could have survived in NYC one of the fiercest trading environments in the world, without knowing a significant amount about how to identify friend and foe. But there's always a trick you haven't seen before. I suspect that Trump may have talked with the Bush's who do have a significant understanding of the Middle East. Trump has apparently spent time in Russian business deals.

Your post above raises some questions:

Our world Governments are human-governed institution characterised by human flaws, they are certainly not governed by divine, or even benevolent, angelic forces. You appear to connect the “Church”, as you call it, to some aspect of Trump. You need to unravel that for me.

The Church you refer to is confusing; do you refer to the collection of devotees congregating together in divine worship of a chosen God, or a church in the sense of the closed society of the elites, (members of).

Trumps character flaws are directly attributable to moral corruption ( my view). My example was to point out the making of the family fortune involving prostitution for example.
Extrapolating that out to his undoubted engagement with Epstein is a simple enough extension, in view of mounting evidence, but he is certainly not alone.
The Epstein saga is more defining of the elite and the light that shines on moral depravity of them; but I hasten to say, evidence against individuals is a necessary justice before condemnation, but unfortunately for us, those cards are held very tightly against their chest, so we may speculate and prejudge to our hearts content with justified high mindedness if we will: Alls fair.

Diver Dan- The reason I mentioned the church was because I thought you were a Christian, based on my memory of previous comments, in which case I was surprised that you wouldn't support Trump more, given his defense of the church in the US. Referring to moral decline could be a Christian issue, but sometimes not.

Regarding Epstein-

Usually we should say this is a matter for the courts- but in this environment of politicized courts I'm not sure that we can trust the courts either, but I'd trust Judges appointed by Pres Trump more than those appointed by the Democrats.

After asking a few questions of AI- "The parallels drawn between environments like Hollywood and Epstein's island highlight the need for ongoing dialogue and reform to protect vulnerable individuals and foster accountability in elite circles." and "The ties between Epstein's activities and potential intelligence operations lend a chilling context to discussions about abuse, power, and accountability in environments like Hollywood, raising ethical questions about personal integrity and the protection of vulnerable individuals."

I'm not sure if it's possible to create accountability in elite circles, that is the allure, and society needs elites in a sense. Parents need to have the power to manage their children, so they can manage the risks. You can't remove a risk entirely.

Should the US be managing foreign sex tourism of US citizens? Maybe. Should that be left to the laws of the nation. It was legal to marry 14 year olds in Texas until 1997 with the parents permission from memory, however sex tourism isn't marriage.

If Israel's Mossad is engaging in mass honeypotting operations, is this an act of war?

There are too many unknowns here for me to make a judgement

Kudos Kid,

Trump can't be defending the pedos in the christian churches, he's to busy defending the Epstein pedos. Looks like Trump got rolled on Greenland, although he's putting his usual BS spin on it.

DD a christian, what next Attila The Hun was a civil libertarian. KK you come out with the dardests things. You're too much into that Arsethrolle bloke you're always quoting.

Seems The Donald has been frozen out of Greenland. But with the usual Donald BS spin he's claiming victory.

The people of Greenland should be given the right to SELF DETERMINATION. Greenlanders who are 90% indigenous Inuit (Kalaallit) people, were like so many others, murdered, raped and abused by white colonial settlers. Now another white coloniser in Trumps wants to take over, and no doubt do the same thing. Read the history of the Danes in Greenland, their treatment of the indigenous there has like in so many other places such as Australia where white colonials ruled, been nothing but appalling. Anyway, all the honkies out there will get to wave their cheap Chinese made flags tomorrow in celebration of INVASION DAY!
