After three decades of UN climate summits, population, GDP, consumption, emissions, and CO2 levels, keep on climbing, and humans cannot geo-engineer global temperatures. While the UN emotes over rich nations making good for "climate loss and damage", the consequence is the African population bomb, with all the cruelty and suffering it entails.
