"Annex" means "the acquisition of sovereignty over territory" as instanced in:
1. The Shihabi Plan that calls for sovereignty in Judea and Samaria (West Bank) to be divided between Israel and Jordan
2. The Smotrich Plan which calls for sovereignty in Judea and Samaria (West Bank) to be divided 80% to Israel and 20% to an unnamed Arab entity.
