The most probable outcome for 2025–2026 is a continued stalemate, where neither Ukraine nor Russia achieves a decisive military victory.

75000 dead and rotting Ukrainian bodies littered all over Kursk.
Not only were they dragged off the street and sent to the front,
Ukraine wont accept their bodies back, because if they are formally identified, they have to pay the families compensation and Ukraine is broke.
