WTF? festus says: "We'll deal with the details later." I doubt, then, that you read the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) 270 page document outlining how this process could have taken place. Why are those who voted "No" on this issue so upset about getting what they wanted? Are they starting to realise that they are victims of their own fake history?
