I think it's the booze and lack of socialisation with this dimwit.

Oh dear oh me, Nuremberg Dan chimes in to sooth the poor old fellas fractured feelings. He was getting a little aggro with me,I must have upset him.

Young people volunteering is a valuable lesson for them. BTW 5th-11th August is also National Homeless Week.

Someone living in his own little cloistered world in a provincial backwater, would think of volunteering as providing assistance only to the "down and outs" of society, not so! Volunteering encompasses many fields, for example, those who help with sporting and social groups, or help in school classrooms with children, one of my nieces does exactly that, one morning a week, along with other mothers she take children for reading at school. My wife does an art class once a week, her teacher is a volunteer, (they only pay for materials) a girl in her 20's.

There are those of course who in old age can do nothing more than look back at their lives, and realise all they have ever done is take from others, having never tried to give anything back. Sad, miserable folk indeed!

Wow, not only has Nuremberg Dan had to rush in to support the poor old bloke, but now the 2 "intellectuals" of the team have made stunning contribution as well, Indy and the Kudos Kid. Must have been a quieter than quiet evening down at The Shady Pines Retirement Home for Old Fellas, or Nursey ran out of the 'Doz Ezy' meds for the old chaps. We'll never know.
