The ultra expensive legal profession is populated by people from all walks of life. And many belief systems, prejudices and attitudes.

If some say something controversial it might reflect some or all the above.

This country now hosts Nazis, white superlists, Money grubbing ratbag lawyers, communists, Asians who bring a different ideology, Middle easterners, who bring something akin to the authors medieval attitude to women. Goods and chattels/beasts of burden/sex slaves, with no rights!
