Why do people, including the author insist on calling the collective deeply psychotic lunatic asylum of Israel/Palestine the "holy land"?

Speaking of Ronald Reagan and "disordered states of mind" why not read the contents of this online book on the disordered mind of the "great communicator"

Sorry, present Israeli "leadership" makes any camp David summit undoable or a worthless, feel-good exercise! And a waste or unconsulted taxpays' dollars!

"Can these two groups of people, of different faiths, of contrasting cultures, with divergent historical grievances, ever be able to coexist in harmony?"
While the article mentions divisions within the Arab camp, it falsely assumes Israel to be one, a single opaque entity with just one faith, one culture, one grievance. No serious solution, not even a serious discussion, can ignore the fact that Israel is anything but a single society, that in the months leading to October 7th disaster, Israelis were making serious plans to split up the country in two because they are unable to coexist peacefully even with one another. The Israel of Ehud Barak is not the Israel of Benjamin Netanyahu. They now temporarily and reluctantly fight Hamas together, but will separate again once Hamas is eliminated from Gaza and the war is over. A two-state solution stands a better chance if instead of the present divisions, one state will contain all the moderate citizens of the region while the other contain all fanatics, Jewish and Muslim alike. The Moslems cannot accept a two state solution.
To do so is blasphemy and the punishment is death. Any land once conquered or purchased is Islamic land forever. The whole area was conquered by Arab moslems in 637 ad. It is time for the rest of the world to realise that. As a result war is inevitable. The whole aim is for the world to be Islamic. The only solution is to end Islam. Haven't a clue how to do that !
