No one admires unearned advancement. Luck may give some people unique talents, but even Mozart had to practise. Such hard work deserves reward.

Yup, just Gotta keep the corporate cowboys out of the frame instead of allowing incompetents claiming all the kudos earned by others and blaming superior assistants when they F-up!
