Lies, damn lies and statistics.

The conclusion was reached and then the data were tortured until it supported the conclusions.

But even if these numbers are true (and they are anything but that) it means that young girls are a hell of a lot safer on campus than in the general community.

If there aren't victims for your cause, then just make them up.
