Are we babes in the woods or simply ignorant? : Comments

By Chin Jin, published 6/2/2023

In 2000, the average life expectancy of CCP leaders was only 2-3 years longer than that of the United States, but in the decades since, the average life expectancy of CCP leaders has jumped.

The most stupidly naive thing the West has ever done was to engage with the CCP, AKA lying, brutal psychopaths.

Wouldn't particularly surprise me.

The problem is that Australian universities are centres for CCP propaganda and also cash-cow Chinese students.

Not sure what we can do about any of this - except
continuing to apply political pressure on what is
acceptable behaviour through diplomacy and the
World Health Organization. The demand for organs
outweighs the supply. So there will always be a
market for them. And in China and other authoritarian
countries like North Korea, Russia, - what happens there
we have very little control over - apart from diplomacy
and sanctions.

In the West the market for organs is also thriving.
And although organs such as kidneys and hearts
are illegal (must be donated). There are other body
parts that can be sold such as - hair, blood plasma,
sperm, eggs, bone marrow, placentas, skin, breast milk,
and even entire bodies can be used for experimentation and
testing - all for a price.

Hang on a minite here,
We export all our manufacturing to China,
(making the rich richer at the expense of Australian jobs)
Then we complain and fear that they're becoming too wealthy
So we see them as a threat to the West economically that must be contained, when we ourselves have been the beneficiaries of cheap goods at the expense of their low wages.
(which the West can't do anything about because the Chinese have 5 times as many people)
Then they build up their military because of the Wests belligerent rhetoric.
And then the West tries to drive a wedge on the Taiwan issue, when the West itself is supposed to recognise the 'One China policy', speaking out of both sides of it's mouth...
If they recognise the One China policy then what the hell response do you wish to get sending naval ships up the Taiwan Strait?

The West also conducts organ harvesting on others.
Go to Haiti, Syria and other backwoods countries no-one is watching carefully.
Hopsitals by day, Organ harvesting by night.
(Muslims are great for organ harvesting, they don't drink.)

I don't know what goes on in China, but I know the West lies and starts trouble.
I don't care enough to have WWIII over it.
You'll be counting the dead in millions.

To be expected when you toss rules, scruples and normal human empathy/a conscience out of the window.

As for the question. I believe we're simply ignorant/turn a blind eye to that which we can do SFA about!

I believe, the evil CCP would walk past a blind beggar, begging for pennies and instead of tossing a few from their abundance, they would reach into the bowl and grab as big a handful as possible.

Where this not so we would still have an independent Tibet, Hong Kong and in the northwest Wiger provinces. Xi's lust for power knows no bounds.

The man fails to understand, one catches many more flies with a teaspoon of honey than a whole jar of vinegar, and even a worm will turn on its tormentor!
