I have been looking for some notes I made about a Ms Higgins.
So far, those notes elude me.
But I remember concluding that both parties were at fault, and should share any blame or consequence from their actions.
It was clear to me that in no way should one of them be considered the cause of a problem, whilst the other remained totally innocent of any wrongdoing.
Both contributed to a set of circumstances, and those led to an undesirable outcome.
I haven't made notes about all such things I read in the news.
I just notice incidents as I go along, and after a while become aware there is quite a lot of them.
