All the while, we in Australia are fed the delusional lie, our two party system is superior and Democratic.

When the two major parties are as similar as ours are, that's close to one party dictatorship. And, our stupid, undemocratic preferential voting system keeps it that way. Who cares about Singapore! We gave enough problems of our own.

Singapore took its cue from Malaysia And Doctor M. And a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

The citizens vote and by all accounts prefer what they have and a leader who stands up to bully boy Malaysia and Doctor M.

We have a defense alliance with Singapore and none worth a cracker with war time ally Malaysia, thanks to Doctor M. Who seems to resent our successful involvement with the CT threat.

And with that threat eliminated allowed Malaysia to become the successful economy that it once was. That it has gone backwards in recent years down to Doctor M's blame shifting stewardship.
